The Next Generation of Design

AIGA student groups are a way of encouraging students to take the first step in demonstrating a commitment to their professional interest and assisting them in understanding the graphic design field. Students may join at the contributor level for only $50 a year, and receive access to design job and internship postings, discounts on workshops and continuing education, and opportunities for volunteering to attend the AIGA Design Conference.

Portfolio Review

Design students may also participate in the annual Behance Portfolio Reviews, which are open to everyone, and led by El Paso’s leading design firms. We encourage designers at all levels to attend Reviews to grow and see the work of other designers in our region.

Studio Tours

Student groups participate in tours of design-related businesses in El Paso. Ask questions about the industry and take an inside look at the work, people and culture of a wide variety of design professions. This is also an opportunity for local business owners and entrepreneurs to become acquainted with the creative talent in their own city.
