Originally from St. Louis I grew up with splinters in my hands, drawing on napkins, and listening to the oldies. From watching one grandfather build houses, the other grandfather paint and draw on any willing surface, and my dad fix machines, I was destined to work with my hands. When a passion for Graphic Design unfolded in the middle of Missouri I became enamored with the aesthetic of the world.
I'm currently the Senior Designer at Casas por Cristo in El Paso, where I also build houses for the people of Mexico, Guatemala and Dominican Republic. My love of design and building fused together to place me where I am now. If I'm not making a disaster of my desk I'm hiking in the desert, doing freelance design or watching a horror movie.

I am El Paso native and 2007 graphic design graduate of UTEP, with 8 years of professional design experience. My background started in general design and led to a production artist role. I’ve also been in business as an established freelance designer since 2013. I recently started a new creative role as a full-time, in-house assistant designer for the company Advanced Discovery. I’ve been a supporting member of El Paso’s AIGA chapter since its formation in 2014. I’ve been active with our chapter since the start and this is the first year taking a role as a board member.
